It was time for change and Lianne worked for NGO (Not for profit) for ensuing five years and for something completely different, managed an indigenous art collective and engagement for three years.
Lianne’s passion has always been to help her clients achieve their financial goals and she was drawn back to finance industry. For the last 10 years Lianne has been owner/operator of her own mortgage broking business in Port Pirie, Port Pirie Home Loans.

So, it goes without saying, that Lianne Porter has extensive knowledge of regional areas throughout west coast right through to Port Lincoln and across to the Clare Valley and Barossa areas. Lianne is excited to now be a finance broker with Elders and can help anyone with anything from a personal loan, home finance, commercial finance and specializes in working with self employed entities (companies and trusts).
Lianne is an advocate of virtual meetings as well as servicing her clients in person.
Lianne has three adult children and is also very well versed with helping first home buyers.
Community Involvement:
A founding member of the “Women In Agriculture” Program in 2004 with the help of Elders it is a priority of Lianne’s to reignite her involvement within the community at large and specifically to become involved once again to support “Women In Agriculture”.
Lianne has also volunteered for Crystal Brook Show for a number of years – North Western Agricultural Society Inc. Also, a member of Rotary and participated in Rural Hay Run Fundraising And Delivery Program in 2020.
An accomplished public speaker Lianne is very keen to utilize these skills as a guest speaker within the community to assist with fundraisers etc. (feel free to reach out any time).
For relaxation, these days, most personal interests are very “social” enjoying the races, the river, livestock sales, family and friends!
